   • resources defined by an URL identifier (addresses of requested resources – pages, files),
   • inquiry incoming time,
   • response sending time,
   • client’s station name – identification implemented by an HTTP,
   • information on errors occurring at the HTTP transaction implementation,
   • the URL address of the site previously visited by the user (referrer link) – if the Website was accessed by means of the link,

   • diagnostic information connected with the process of the individual ordering of services by means of loggers on the website,

4. Your rights and additional information on the means of data use

1. In some situations, the Personal Data Controller is entitled to provide your personal data to other recipients, if this is indispensable for the performance of the agreement concluded with you or for the fulfilment of obligations imposed on the Personal Data Controller. This applies to the following groups of recipients:
   • a hosting company under entrusting conditions
   • authorised employees and co-employees who use data in order to implement the operation of the site

You are entitled to file an objection within processing indicated in item 3.2 against personal data processing for the purpose of exercising legitimate interests fulfilled by the Controller, including profiling; whereby, a right to object will not be exercised in the event of the existence of legitimate grounds for processing, interests, rights and liberties which are superordinate towards you, in particular, the ascertainment, seeking or defence of claims.
5. The actions of the Personal Data Controller may be complained against to the President of the Personal Data Protection Office, ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warszawa.
6. Providing personal data is voluntary, yet indispensable for operating the Website.
7. There may be activities undertaken in your respect, consisting in automatised decision-making, including profiling for the purpose of providing services under the concluded agreement and for the purpose of the Controller’s conducting of direct marketing.
8. Personal data are not transferred to third countries within the meaning of personal data protection regulations. It means that we do not send them outside the European Union.

1. The Website collects information provided voluntarily by the user, including personal data, if they are provided.
